President and COO

María is Co-Founder of Impact4Health. She is a thought leader in health equity and pay for success initiatives designed to address the upstream social determinants of health among vulnerable populations. She consults to health systems nationally and served six years as a Board of Trustee for Alameda Health System in Northern California. She has consulted to Fortune 100 corporations, major foundations, public agencies and elected officials.

Shirley is Founder and CEO of InclusionINC, the parent company of Impact4Health. Shirley has provided consultations and training in diversity and inclusion for over 20 years to the Fortune 100 companies across every sector. Shirley is author of Inclusion as a Business Strategy and Becoming and Inclusive Leader—two key works on the importance of creating a workplace culture of inclusion that values the unique contributions and perspectives of all staff.

Jesus Saucedo, MD, MBA

Jesus Saucedo, M.D., MBA, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience and an extensive track record of inciting rapid revenue and volume growth in various settings, including telemedicine, primary care, urgent care and multi-specialty business development. Dr. Saucedo specializes in enterprise-wide healthcare system operations and Electronic Healthcare Records (EHR) implementation and optimization strategies aimed at improving the quality of patient care.

Dr. S. Leonard Syme has been pioneering research on the social determinants of health since the 1950s. His body of work has focused on child health, job stress, social support, poverty, and social inequities on health.

Arlesia is the Principal Consultant for Arlesia Consulting, LLC. She is a transformational and visionary leader with over 25 years in the healthcare field with a demonstrated success in achieving cost, productivity, and delivery goals.

Victoria Garcia-Tamayo

Victoria is the Owner and Community Consultant for Contacto Consulting. Contacto elevates community voices and serves as a bridge between multiple sectors to cultivate connections between people and the places where they live, work, learn, play and belong.

Stephanie Hillman, MNPL

Stephanie Hillman

Stephanie has 20 years in patient and family experience at pediatric facilities. She is an expert in healthcare, marketing, user experience and customer-centric measurement. She successfully develops and implements systems to help companies grow by monitoring engagement of key stakeholders, building co-designed solutions for improvement and enhancing brand identity.

She has extensive experience as a business leader and consultant in companies from start-ups to Fortune 100 Corporations. She partners with executives and teams to define and ensure strategic business expectations and customer demands are met. With an emphasis on strengthening leadership effectiveness, she enables people for changes that drive transformation while revitalizing commitments and creating a sense of belonging.

Homer Hernández, MD

Homer Hernandez, MD worked in family practice medicine for over 30 years in Southern California after graduating from the UCLA School of Medicine. Upon completing his Family Medicine residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, he went on to work for Cigna Healthplans and at one time was Chief of Staff for its health clinics in the South Bay and in 1989 was voted Clinician of the Year. A Lifetime member of the UCLA Alumni Association, Dr. Hernandez is an active member of the community. An avid nature photographer, Dr. Hernandez has won several awards for his photography and was featured in Hawaii Magazine and a National Geographic Traveler Calendar.
